Dear Salem Families,

Just a reminder …

  • This Friday, September 25th is the last day to drop any first semester or year long class with no record on the transcript.  (It is too late at this time to add a new first semester or year long class to replace the class dropped.)

  • Beginning Monday, September 28, any regular level class drop request must be approved by administration and will appear on the transcript as a WP (withdrawal pass) or WF (withdrawal fail).

  • Since AP, IB, Pre-IB, and dual enrolled students had to remain in the course a minimum of four weeks, Monday, September 28  begins the window for dropping any courses under Advanced Programs of Study.  Please refer to the registration guide on page 6 for more details.   After October 9, these courses will also fall under the WP (withdrawal pass) or WF (withdrawal fail) designation.   Please reach out to your school counselor for further instructions.

For all our students – hybrid or online, counselors are here for you!   You can reach us by email or phone.   We can arrange in person or zoom meetings as well.   We are in this together !
